You're welcome to take a look, but don't expect anything groudbreaking. There's nothing particularly special about it – and mabye that's the point.

TERMS OF PURCHASE & LICENSE



 (for small brands / CZ–SK market)



NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

The Author retains the right to license the design to additional third parties.

The non-exclusive license is granted either for an unlimited period or for 1–2 years, with use limited to a pre-agreed product type (e.g. dresses, T‑shirts). The license applies to small production runs within the CZ / SK territory.


Permitted use: This license allows the use of the design for physical products intended for sale, including clothing, homeware, and textile commercial merchandise, up to 50 units / items / meters.

Price: 4,000 – 6,000 CZK per design




PARTIAL-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

The Author retains the right to use or license the design in other market segments.

Exclusivity is limited to a specific segment, collection, season, or product category. The partial-exclusive license is granted either for an unlimited period or for 1–2 years. Applies to production runs within the CZ / SK territory.

Permitted use: This license allows the use of the design for physical products intended for sale,including clothing, homeware, and textile commercial merchandise, up to 100 units / items / meters.

Price: 6,000 – 12,000 CZK per design




EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

The design is reserved exclusively for a single client for the duration of the license.

The exclusive license is always time-limited, typically 12–24 months, and applies to the CZ / SK territory.
Territory expansion is possible for an additional fee.

Permitted use: This license allows the use of the design for physical products intended for sale,including clothing, homeware, and textile commercial merchandise, up to 500 units / items / meters.

Price: 15,000 – 25,000 CZK per design





  • All licenses are non-transferable. Copyright and all moral rights remain with the Author.
  • Any production exceeding the stated unit limit is subject to an additional licensing fee or renegotiation of the license terms.
  • The design may not be modified without the Author’s prior written consent.
  • The license fee is a one-time payment and does not include royalty unless expressly agreed otherwise.
